Insurance & payment
A little clarity,
before you begin.
Insurance can be complicated. We’ll help you understand the questions to ask and the information to confirm for your specific care.

Start with your plan
Find what’s
currently listed.
The plan name alone does not determine coverage. The service, setting, benefits and authorization all matter.
Let’s make it specific.
Choose a provider to see the service relationship currently published by the Village. This is a starting point for a coverage conversation, not a benefit verification.
| Plan currently listed | Service currently listed |
|---|---|
| Kaiser Permanente | Mental Health, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy |
| Blue Shield | In-home ABA |
| Aetna | In-home ABA |
| Hills Physicians Medical Group | Occupational Therapy |
| HealthNet | Mental Health |
Based on the Village’s current insurance information. Plan participation may change. Confirm network status, eligibility, referrals, authorization and your costs with the practice and your insurer before starting care.
Other ways to access care
More than
one option.
What if my plan is not listed?
Can I pay privately?
What should I have ready when I call?
More ways to pay
Medi-Cal, regional centers
and private pay.
Families ask about these every day. Confirm the details below with the practice before launch.
Medi-Cal
Medi-Cal covers medically necessary care for members under 21, including behavioral health treatment, speech and occupational therapy. Call us and we’ll check your plan. Placeholder: list the Medi-Cal managed care plans the Village works with and the services they cover.
Regional center services
We are not a regional center vendor. If your child has regional center services, contact Alta California Regional Center directly about funding. Once your child is enrolled with us, we’re glad to coordinate care with the people already on your team.
Private pay & superbills
Private payment is accepted. We can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Add self-pay rates here if the practice is comfortable publishing them.
